Hello there, I am Gaia!

My Story

Hi, I’m Gaia, the face behind Virtually_OnTask. Originally from Italy, I’ve lived and worked in the Netherlands, Kuwait City, and Spain. After nearly a decade in the hospitality industry, I decided to channel my global experience into working for myself, supporting passionate creatives like event and wedding planners, retreat hosts, and women entrepreneurs.

At Virtually_OnTask, I specialise in hands-on project support, blending admin expertise, guest communication, and workflow management to help you stay focused on your zone of genius. Whether it’s a dreamy destination wedding, a transformational retreat, or a brand-building event, I’m here to help you elevate the experience without the behind-the-scenes chaos.

With an eye for detail and a heart rooted in service, I handle the logistics, admin, vendor coordination and guest comms to timeline creation and project planning, so you can scale confidently, save time, and deliver unforgettable moments.
